Located in Lot-et-Garonne near the Dordogne, Boissec has long been home to a beautiful herd of Blondes Aquitaine cattle, grazing on the rich grass of the Dropt valley. It was only in 2007 that Boissec turned its back on its past to become a golf course. The land has particular natural assets, without distractions , an exceptionnal green open area with a peaceful river, crossed by a beautiful three-arch stone bridge. The natural water sources have produced an alluvial soil, allowing play all year round. 4000 trees have been planted to design the course, chosen from regional tree species to create woods and groves. The roughs are of varied height to emphasise the wide and well maintained fairways.
